England Squad

Fabio Capello today announced his final striker for England’s 23 man squad. He is reported to have said that it was "among the toughest decisions in his managerial career". In a surprise twist Capello has decided to opt for ‘Own Goals’ ahead of Heskey or Bent.

Own Goals has had a terrific season for Man Utd notching double figures and is thought to be Rooney’s preferred partner. He has been more prolific and looked sharper than both Bent (Ee aw) and Heskey (Ee aw, ee aw) in training, culminating in finding the net twice against Japan at the weekend to cement his place.
